Terms of service
These are the terms for buying from and working with Renix Labs ("we", "us"). By ordering a system, booking a call or commissioning a build, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, write to solutions@renixlabs.ai before you order.
1. What we sell
- Systems — downloadable files (a prompt, a context file and a how-to guide) that you run in your own AI tool, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Consulting calls — 60-minute one-on-one sessions held online.
- AI services — websites, dashboards and bespoke AI builds, delivered against a written scope.
2. Systems: ordering, delivery and payment
- You order through the form on our site. We email the files to the address you give us, normally within 24 hours.
- Payment is due after you receive the files, using the UPI or bank details we send with them. The price is the one shown on the site when you order.
- If something is wrong with the files, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it or refund what you've paid. See our refunds page.
- You need your own account with an AI provider to run a system. Their fees and terms are theirs, not ours.
3. Consulting calls
- A call is confirmed once we've agreed a time and payment has been received.
- You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, or if you don't turn up, the fee is not refunded.
- If we have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.
- You get the recording and a written plan. Advice is based on what you tell us; decisions you take afterwards are yours.
4. AI services
- Every build starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. Work begins once you accept both and pay the agreed deposit.
- Changes outside the scope are quoted separately before we do them.
- The remaining balance is due on handover. On payment you receive the code, files, logins and a walkthrough.
5. What you can do with what you buy
- Systems are licensed to you, the buyer, for use in your own business. You may edit them freely for your own use. You may not resell, share or republish the files.
- For builds, you own the deliverables once paid for in full. Third-party tools inside them stay under their own licences.
6. Limits
We build and advise carefully, but AI output varies and businesses differ. Systems and advice are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or for the behaviour of third-party AI providers, platforms or payment services. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
