What we collect
- Forms — when you order, request a call, send an enquiry or subscribe, we receive what you type: your name, email, WhatsApp number and your message.
- Email and WhatsApp — whatever you send us there, plus our replies.
- Site visits — our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
What we use it for
- To deliver what you asked for: files, a call slot, a quote, a reply.
- To send you the one email we promised if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe by replying to any of them.
- Nothing else. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to lists you didn't ask for.
Who else sees it
Only the tools we need to run the business: Netlify (form handling and hosting), our email provider, and WhatsApp if you contact us there. Payment details go through UPI or your bank — we never see your card or bank password.
How long we keep it
Orders and invoices for as long as Indian tax rules require. Enquiries and call notes until they're no longer useful, and never more than three years. Subscriber emails until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Ask us any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email solutions@renixlabs.ai and we'll do it within 7 days, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
