Refunds & delivery
Systems
- Delivery. Everything is digital. We email the three files to the address on your order, normally within 24 hours and never more than 2 working days. Nothing is shipped.
- When you pay. After you have the files. A UPI request comes with them.
- If something's wrong with the files, reply to the delivery email within 7 days. We'll fix the problem or refund what you've paid.
- What isn't covered. Changing your mind after the 7 days, or problems caused by your AI provider's limits or outages. Systems are text files you keep, so after 7 days the sale is final.
Consulting calls
- Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show: the fee is kept.
- If we cancel, you pick a new time or get a full refund, your choice.
AI services
Builds run on a written scope with a deposit and a balance on handover. Refund terms for a build are set out in its scope document, because every project is different. As a rule: if we can't deliver what we scoped, you get the deposit back.
